(CLEVELAND, OH) - The Cleveland Indians salvaged a win in their weekend series with Minnesota, defeating the Twins 4-2.
Shin-Soo Choo's RBI double in the first gave Cleveland the early lead with the Indians scoring three times in the third on an RBI single from Asdrubal Cabrera and a two-run single by Ryan Garko.
The Twins cut the Cleveland lead to two in the seventh thanks to a two-run single by Denard span.
Aaron Laffey allowed two runs on five hits over six and-a-third innings to improve to 2-0.
