(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indianapolis Colts have re-signed safety Matt Giordano.
The team did not release terms of the deal, but the Indianapolis Star reports it to be a one-year contract worth $670,000.
Giordano was taken by the Colts in the fourth round of the 2005 NFL draft out of the University of California.
He has appeared in 55 games during his career, six as a starter. Giordano's contract with the Colts ran out in February, at which time he became an unrestricted free agent.
