(HOUSTON, TX) - The Chicago Cubs open defense of their National League Central Division title tonight when they face the Astros in Houston.
The Cubs were 97-64 in 2008, finishing 7.5 games ahead of Milwaukee in the division. The Astros were third, 11 games off Chicago's pace.
The Cubs wound up being swept out of the playoffs by the los Angeles Dodgers in a divisional series.
Both teams will send their aces to the hill this evening with Carlos Zambrano going for the Cubs against Houston's Roy Oswalt.
