(INDIANAPOLIS) - The Indiana Pacers wrap up a three-game homestand tonight when the San Antonio Spurs come to Conseco Fieldhouse.
The Pacers drew closer to eighth-place Chicago in the race for the final Eastern Conference playoff berth with their 107-105 victory over the Bulls on Tuesday night. They have won two-straight and four of their last five to pull to within three and a half games of Chicago for eighth place in the east.
The Spurs enter tonight's game having dropped their last two. San Antonio is 48-26 and has already locked up a playoff berth. They are in a battle with Houston for the Southwest Division lead.
They enter tonight's contest with a half-game edge on the Rockets.
The Pacers will be without guard Marquis Daniels and do not expect to have center Jeff Foster tonight when they host the spurs. Daniels has missed the last six games with a sprained right wrist.
It is possible that he could miss the remainder of the regular season. Foster sat out Tuesday night's win over Chicago with a sore foot. He is listed as doubtful for tonight's game.
