(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indiana Pacers Forward Danny Granger accepted his award as the NBA’s most improved player at a Tuesday morning ceremony at Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
Granger edged out New Jersey's Devin Harris for the honor.
Granger was Indiana's number-one pick in the 2005 NBA draft and the 17th overall selection.
He finished fifth in the NBA in scoring this season, averaging 25.8 points per game.
He was also selected to his first NBA All-Star Game in February.
