(CHICAGO) - The Chicago White Sox snapped a five-game losing streak with a 6-2 win over the Minnesota Twins.
Mark Buehrle allowed one earned run over seven innings to pick up the win, improving to 6-1 on the season.
Paul Konerko put the Sox on the board in the second inning with a two-run homer, his fifth of the season.
Jermaine Dye also hit a solo homer and Jim Thome had a two-run double for Chicago.
Joe Mauer hit a solo shot for the Twins, who lost their fifth-straight game.
