(CINCINNATI) - Micah Owings picked up the win and drove in the go-ahead run as the Cincinnati Reds edged the Milwaukee Brewers 6-5.
Owings allowed four earned runs over six innings to improve to 2-and-3.
He broke a 3-3 tie in the bottom of the fourth when he hit an RBI triple off Milwaukee starter Braden Looper and later scored on a wild pitch.
Jay Bruce and Willy Taveras hit solo home runs for Cincinnati as the Reds halted the Brewers' four-game winning streak.
Looper took the loss to fall to 2-and-2.
