(CHICAGO, IL) - The Chicago Cubs snapped their eight-game losing streak with a 6-1 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates in a game shortened to five innings by rain.
Sean Marshall allowed a run on four hits and drove home a run with an RBI single to improve to 3-3.
Kosuke Fukudome hit a solo homer and Micah Hoffpauir drove in a pair of runs for Chicago.
Robinzon Diaz drove home the lone Pittsburgh run with an RBI single in the fourth.
