(INDIANAPOLIS) - Indiana Pacers Forward Danny Granger reportedly will be named the NBA’s most improved player this morning.
The Indianapolis Star, citing persons with knowledge of the situation, reported Monday evening on its website that Granger has won the award.
The Pacers have called a news conference for 11:30 eastern time.
Granger finished fifth in the league in scoring at 25.8 points per game.
He was third on the team in rebounds per game and assists per game.
Granger's scoring average and his 2.7 assists per game were both career highs.
