(PITTSBURGH) - The Pittsburgh Pirates are getting healthy at the expense of St. Louis, defeating the Cardinals 5-2.
The Pirates snapped an eight-game losing streak on Tuesday night and made it two in a row against the Redbirds behind Ross Ohlendorf.
Ohlendorf allowed a solo home run to Skip Schumacher and not much else, giving up a run on two hits over six innings to improve to 4-and-3.
Nyjer Morgan had a two-run single with Adam LaRoche and Jack Wilson adding RBI doubles.
LaRoche's hit was originally ruled a home run but was overturned by replay.
It was the first time a player had a homer taken away by replay since the system was introduced late last season.
The Cardinals have dropped their last five games at PNC Park.
