(CHICAGO, IL) - Freddy Sanchez went 6-for-6 with a homer, three runs batted in and four runs scored as the Pittsburgh Pirates out slugged the Chicago Cubs 10-8.
Sanchez' six-hit game was the first for the Pirates since Wally Backman did it in 1990.
Nate McLouth added a two-run homer as the Pirates sent the Cubs to their eighth-straight loss.
Milton Bradley hit a two-run shot and drove in four to pace the Cubs, who dip below .500 at 21-22.
