(HOUSTON, TX) - Geoff Blum’s RBI single in the bottom of the ninth off Angel Guzman gave the Houston Astros a 2-1 come-from-behind win over the Chicago Cubs.
Geovany Soto put the Cubs on top in the second with his third home run of the season, but Chicago would not score again.
Blum tied the game with an RBI groundout off Cubs starter Carlos Zambrano in the seventh.
Zambrano left after eight innings, giving up a run on three hits and did not figure in the decision.
Houston starter Wandy Rodriguez also got a no-decision after allowing a run on five hits over seven innings.
