(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indianapolis Indians and the Gwinnett Braves split a doubleheader Wednesday afternoon.
The tribe scored three times in the bottom of the seventh to win the opener 3-2. Luis Cruz drove home the game-winner with an RBI single.
Alvin Colina, Brian Barton and Brooks Conrad had RBI singles in game two as the Braves took game two 4-3.
Steve Pearce hit a two-run homer in a losing effort for Indianapolis.
The Indians will try to gain a split of the four-game series in tonight's finale.
