(SONOMA, CA) - The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series is in California for the first road course race of the season at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, California.
Practice and qualifying is on today's schedule with the Toyota / Save Mart 400 taking place on Sunday afternoon.
Kyle Busch is the defending race winner.
Tony Stewart enters the weekend as the Sprint Cup points leader.
Stewart saw his lead over Jeff Gordon dip to 47 points last Sunday at Michigan.
Those two have a comfortable lead over the rest of the field as Jimmie Johnson stands third, 142 points behind Stewart.
