(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Indianapolis native Robert Vaden is among those players who are scheduled to be at Conseco Fieldhouse today working out for the Indiana Pacers.
Vaden was a star at Indianapolis Pike High School, helping the 29-0 Red Devils to the Class 4A state championship in 2003 as a junior before transferring to Bridgton Academy in Maine for his senior season.
He then spent two years at Indiana University before transferring to Alabama-Birmingham after head coach Mike Davis was let go at IU and moved on to the Blazers.
Other players scheduled to workout today are Ohio State center BJ Mullens, Utah center Luke Nevill, St. Joseph's guard Tasheed Carr, Brigham Young swingman Lee Cummard and center Garret Siler from division two Augusta State.
