(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Tobi Stoner allowed four hits over eight innings as the Buffalo Bisons edged the Indianapolis Indians 2-1.
Nick Evans gave Buffalo a 1-0 lead in the first with an RBI single off Indians starter Ian Snell.
Brian Bixler tied the game in the bottom of the first with a solo homer off stoner, but mike lamb touched Snell for an RBI single in the third that proved to be the game-winner.
Stoner struck out seven as he improves to 3 and 4.
Snell allowed two runs on nine hits over five innings to drop to 2 and 2.
The Bisons have taken two of three in the series that concludes tonight at Victory Field.
