(PHILADELPHIA, PA) - The Chicago Cubs salvaged a win in their series in Philadelphia, defeating the Phillies 10-5 to snap the Phils’ ten-game winning streak.
Aramis Ramirez and Jeff Baker hit two-run doubles for the Cubs, who jumped on Phillies starter Jamie Moyer.
Moyer allowed five runs over five innings and took the loss, falling to 9 and 7.
Carlos Zambrano won his third-straight decision, allowing four earned runs over six and two-thirds innings to improve to 7 and 4.
Pedro Feliz and Greg Dobbs drove in two runs apiece for Philadelphia.
