(MADISON, IN) - Dave Villwock completed a dominant day by winning Sunday’s Indiana Governor’s Cup Unlimited Hydroplane Race in Madison.
Villwock had the top qualifying speed and won every elimination heat in Miss Elam Plus to take his eighth Governor's Cup title.
Jay Michael Kelly finished second in the graham trucking boat while Steve David was third in Oh Boy Oberto.
