(CHICAGO, IL) - Dewayne Wise hit a two-out RBI single in the bottom of the ninth as the Chicago White Sox got past the New York Yankees 3-2.
The Sox took a 1-0 lead in the third on an RBI Double by Gordon Beckham.
Chicago had a 2-1 lead with two out in the top of the ninth when Nick Swisher tied the game with a solo shot off Matt Thornton.
With the win, the White Sox snap a three-game losing streak and pull to within two and-a-half games of first-place Detroit in the AL Central.
