(ST. LOUIS, MO) - The Los Angeles Dodgers snapped a season-high four-game losing streak, defeating the St. Louis Cardinals 5-3 in ten innings.
Matt Kemp drove home the winning runs with a two-run single in the tenth.
Kemp finished with three runs batted in with Rafael Furcal driving home LA's other runs with a two-run double in the seventh.
Matt Holliday homered and drove in two for St. Louis while Rick Ankiel tied the game in the bottom of the seventh with a solo home run.
The loss drops the Cardinals back into second place in the NL Central, a half-game behind the Cubs.
