(UNCASVILLE, CT) - The Indiana Fever saw their franchise-record eleven-game winning streak come to an end Sunday afternoon as they fell to the Connecticut Sun 67-61.
Lindsay Whalen scored 15 points and Asjha Jones added twelve as the Sun used a big third quarter to take control.
Connecticut led by 20 with under five minutes remaining, but Indiana went on a 16-0 run to make the game close.
Ebony Hoffman and Katie Douglas led the Fever with 15 points a piece.
The Sun have won three in a row to improve to 8 and 6 while Indiana falls to 11 and 3.
The Fever will play at Washington on Tuesday and at San Antonio on Thursday before the WNBA All-Star break.
