(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - A former girls high school basketball coach has filed suit against the Indiana High School Athletic Association, claiming the IHSAA’s scheduling is discriminatory.
Former Franklin County Girls Coach Amber Parker filed the suit on behalf of her two daughters.
The suit says that the scheduling of boys basketball games on Friday and Saturday nights while scheduling girls games on weeknights and Saturday afternoons is a violation of title-nine.
The suit was filed in federal court in Indianapolis.
