(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indianapolis Indians halted a four-game losing streak by sweeping a doubleheader from the Louisville Bats, winning the opener 1-0 and game two 5-3.
The tribe won the opener behind the pitching of Ian Snell, who went the distance in the seven-inning game, allowing five hits to improve to 1 and 0.
Chris Barnwell's squeeze bunt in the third inning drove home the only run.
Louisville built a 3-0 lead in the second game, but that was erased by Brian Bixler's grand slam in the fifth.
The three-game series wraps up tonight at Victory Field in Indianapolis.
