(CHICAGO, IL) - Jermaine Dye had three hits and drove in three runs to lead the Chicago White Sox past the Cleveland Indians 5-1.
Dye had an RBI double in the first and run-scoring singles in the third and seventh innings as the sox won for the fifth-straight time against the Indians.
Chicago's other two runs came in the third on an RBI single from Paul Konerko and a sacrifice fly by Gordon Beckham.
Jose Contreras pitched into the seventh inning, allowing a run on six hits while striking out nine to improve to 4 and 7.
Jhonny Peralta drove in Cleveland's lone run with a solo home run as the Indians have dropped three games in a row.
