(ST. LOUIS, MO) - Colby Rasmus hit a walk-off, two run homer in the bottom of the ninth as the St. Louis Cardinals defeated the San Diego Padres 7-5 to complete a three-game series sweep.
The Padres took a 5-4 lead to the bottom of the ninth.
St. Louis tied the game when Yadier Molina's single scored Ryan Ludwick from second base.
Rasmus followed with the game-winning shot deep into the right field seats off San Diego closer heath bell.
The Cardinals have won four games in a row while sending the Padres to their fourth-straight loss.
