(COLUMBUS, OH) - Stephen Head’s two-run home run in the bottom of the sixth put Columbus ahead to stay as the Clippers came from behind to defeat the Indianapolis Indians 4-2.
Tagg Bozied hit an RBI single and Neil Walker followed with a run-scoring double as the Tribe jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the fourth inning.
Jesus Merchan put Columbus on the board with an RBI single in the fourth with head's two-run blast off Phil Dumatrait giving the Clippers the lead.
Tony Graffanino would add an RBI groundout in the seventh as Columbus gains a split of the four-game series.
The Indians' road trip continues tonight as they begin a three-game series at Louisville.
