Colts Announce Downsizing Roster Moves

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Colts will announce roster moves over the next couple of days to get down to the league-mandated roster limit.

Teams have until Tuesday afternoon to reduce their rosters from 80 players to 75.

Those 75 will be eligible to participate against the Bengals on Thursday night.

Following that game, the Colts' staff will have until Saturday to cut the roster to the regular-season limit of 53 players.

On Sunday, teams around the league can sign up to eight additional players to make up their practice squads.
