(CLEVELAND, OH) - Rookie Trevor Crowe drove in the go-ahead run in the bottom of the seventh as the Cleveland Indians edged the Minnesota Twins 2-1.
Michael Cuddyer had given Minnesota a 1-0 lead in the fourth when he scored on a wild pitch by Cleveland starter Fausto Carmona.
The Indians tied it up in the bottom of the fourth on a sacrifice fly by Jhonny Peralta.
Carmona did not figure in the decision, allowing a run on six hits in six innings of work.
Minnesota starter Nick Blackburn took the loss, giving up both Cleveland runs on seven hits over six and a third innings.
