(CINCINNATI, OH) - Ryan Garko hit a go-ahead two-run double off Cincinnati closer Francisco Cordero as the San Francisco Giants got past the Reds 8-5 in ten innings.
Juan Uribe homered and added a sacrifice fly in the tenth as the Giants scored the final seven runs of the ballgame.
Reds starter Homer Bailey hit a two-run single in Cincinnati's four-run second inning with Joey Votto adding a solo homer in the fifth as the Reds built a 5-1 lead.
San Francisco would score four runs in the sixth on a two-run double by Randy Winn and a two-run single from Garko to force extra innings.
The Reds have lost their last four games.
