(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - Brad Lincoln and three relievers combined on a four-hitter as the Indianapolis Indians beat the Columbus Clippers 5-1.
Jeff Clement gave the Tribe an early 1-0 lead with a sacrifice fly in the first.
Neil Walker added a two-run double in the fourth and Tagg Bozied closed out the scoring with a two-run homer in the eighth.
Lincoln lasted five innings, allowing no runs on two hits while striking out five to improve to 5 and 2.
Nieuman Romero drove home the lone Columbus run with a solo homer off Jon Meloan in the sixth.
The teams have split the first two games of the four-game series with game three tonight at Victory Field.
