(CINCINNATI, OH) - Ryan Zimmerman blooped a pinch-hit, two-run single in the top of the eighth to give the Washington Nationals a 5-4 win over the Cincinnati Reds.
Josh Willingham gave the Nats a 2-0 lead in the fourth with his 19th home run of the season.
Cincinnati took a 4-2 lead in the fifth on an RBI single from Joey Votto and a three-run homer by Jonny Gomes.
Willingham added an RBI double in the sixth to pull Washington to within a run and set up Zimmerman's game-winner two innings later.
After dropping Thursday night's opener, the nationals came back to win the final three games of the series.
