(CINCINNATI, OH) - Justin Lehr threw a complete-game four-hitter in his second Major League start as the Cincinnati Reds blanked the Chicago Cubs 4-0, halting an eight-game losing streak.
Lehr struck out four and walked one to pick up his first Major League win since 2006.
Scott Rolen picked up his first hit since being traded to Cincinnati from Toronto last week, launching a two-run homer in the second inning off Cubs starter Rich Harden.
Harden allowed three runs, two earned, over six innings to take the loss, falling to 7 and 7.
The Cubs failed to pick up ground on St. Louis as they remain tied with the cardinals atop the NL Central.
