(MILWAUKEE, WI) - The Cincinnati Reds are riding their longest winning streak since late May after dispatching the Milwaukee Brewers 8-5.
Joey Votto homered and drove in two runs with Paul Janish and Scott Rolen also finishing with 2 RBI as Cincinnati won its fourth game in a row and completed a three-game series sweep.
Prince Fielder gave Milwaukee the early lead with a three-run homer in the first off Reds starter Justin Lehr.
Mike Cameron would add an RBI double in the first and would hit a solo homer off Lehr in the eighth.
Despite the shaky start, Lehr would pick up the win to improve to 3 and 1.
Dave bush took the loss for Milwaukee, falling to 3 and 5.
