(MILWAUKEE, WI) - The Cincinnati Reds have won three games in a row for the first time since late may after getting past the Milwaukee Brewers 4-3 in ten innings.
Darnell McDonald drove home the go-ahead run in the tenth when Ryan Braun misplayed his fly ball to left into an RBI double.
Laynce Nix homered for the third time in two days, slamming a solo shot off Milwaukee starter Braden Looper.
Milwaukee scored all three of their runs in the fifth when Jody Gerut hit a solo home run and Prince Fielder slammed a two-run shot off Reds starter Kip Wells.
