(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Louisville Bats scored four runs in the top of the eighth inning to get past the Indianapolis Indians 4-2.
Daniel Dorn gave Louisville its first lead with a pinch-hit two-run double.
Michael Griffin would score when tribe reliever Jorge Julio uncorked a wild pitch and Juan Francisco capped the big inning with an RBI single.
Jose Tabata put Indianapolis on the scoreboard with an RBI double in the first with Ronbinzon Diaz driving home the final run with a single in the eighth.
Game two of the three-game series is this evening at Victory Field.
