(UNCASVILLE, CT) - The Indiana Fever wound up the regular season with a 95-85 loss to the Connecticut Sun in Connecticut.
The Fever had already locked up the top spot in the Eastern Conference playoffs while the Sun had already been eliminated from playoff contention before Sunday's game.
Katie Douglas and Tammy Sutton-Brown did not dress and Tamika Catchings scored 13 points before being pulled after knocking heads with Connecticut's Tan White.
Kerri Gardin led the Sun with 23 points with Sandrine Gruda adding 22 as Connecticut winds up with a 16 and 18 record.
Shay Murphy, Jessica davenport and Tamecka Dixon tied Catchings for team-high honors for Indiana with 13 points apiece.
The Fever head to the playoffs with a 22 and 12 record.
