(CLEVELAND, OH) - The Texas Rangers swept a doubleheader in Cleveland, beating the Indians 11-9 in game one and 10-5 in the nightcap.
Marlon Byrd hit a three-run home run and Julio Borbon added a pair of solo shots in the opener.
Travis Hafner and Matt Laporta hit home runs for the Indians in game one.
In game two, Chris Davis hit a three-run homer and drove in four runs to lead Texas to the sweep.
Kelly Shoppach and Asdrubal Cabrera went deep in the nightcap for Cleveland.
