(DENVER, CO) - Jason Marquis picked up his 15th win as the Colorado Rockies got past the Cincinnati Reds 3-1.
Eric Young hit his first major league home run while Todd Helton and Carlos Gonzalez added sacrifice flies as the Rockies extended their winning streak to five games.
Marquis allowed a run on four hits over 7 1/3 to improve to 15 and 10.
Joey Votto drove in Cincinnati's lone run with an RBI Groundout in the eighth.
Reds rookie Matt Maloney is still looking for his first win in the Majors.
Maloney gave up a run on four hits over five innings and took the loss, falling to 0 and 4.
