(MINNEAPOLIS, MN) - Michael Cuddyer and Jason Kubel homered in Minnesota’s six-run bottom of the eighth as the Twins got past the Cleveland Indians 6-3.
Trevor Crowe put Cleveland up in the third with a two-run homer off twins starter Carl Pavano.
Chin-Soo Choo would touch up Pavano for a solo shot in the fourth to give the Indians a 3-0 lead.
Cleveland starter Jeremy Sowers exited after seven shutout innings and Minnesota jumped on the Indians' bullpen.
Cuddyer hit a three-run shot off Chris Perez to tie the game.
Delmon Young gave the Twins the lead when he scored on a passed ball and Kubel Capped the big inning with a two-run blast off Perez.
