(CINCINNATI, OH) - Before last night’s game, the Colts announced that kicker Adam Vinatieri had been activated from the physically unable to perform list.
Vinatieri had undergone knee and hip surgery during the off season and was placed on the PUP list at the start of training camp.
The 14-year veteran handled field goals and extra points, missing a 48-yard field goal attempt on the final play of the first half.
The move leaves only former Pro Bowl safety Bob Sanders on the physically unable to perform list.
Players who are still on PUP as of the final cut down on Saturday are not eligible to be activated until after week six of the regular season.
