Beckham would add a two-run double in the ninth to finish with three runs batted in.
The only run Danks allowed was a solo home run to Shin-Soo Choo in the seventh.
Danks struck out seven in improving to 13 and 10 on the season.
Cleveland starter Aaron Laffey took the loss to fall to 7 and 8.
