(CINCINNATI, OH) - Homer Bailey and three relievers combined on a shutout as the Cincinnati Reds closed out their season with a 6-0 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Brandon Phillips had a pair of hits and drove in three runs for the Reds with Scott Rolen adding a two-run triple.
Bailey went six innings, allowing seven hits while striking out seven to finish at 8 and 5.
Jeff Karstens took the loss for Pittsburgh, falling to 4 and 6.
