(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) - The Indiana Pacers take a three-game winning streak into their game with the Boston Celtics Saturday night at Conseco Fieldhouse.
Injuries continue to be a problem as head coach Jim O'Brien gave the team Thursday off due to the lack of healthy bodies.
Starting point guard TJ Ford is the latest to go down.
Ford left Wednesday night's win over Golden State early in the first quarter with back spasms.
It is not known if ford will be available for Saturday's game and how effective he will be if he does play.
Earl Watson filled in when Ford went out against the Warriors and scored 16 points.
Troy Murphy, Jeff Foster, Travis Diener and Mike Dunleavy all missed Wednesday night's game due to injuries.
For Boston, Saturday's game will be the second of a back-to-back.
The Celtics are at home tonight to face the Atlanta Hawks.
Boston currently has the best record in the Eastern Conference at 8-1 and will head to the Fieldhouse with a perfect 4-0 mark on the road this season.
