(UNDATED) - The 37th annual IHSAA state football tournament resumes with eight of the ten semi-state games scheduled for this evening.
In class 5A, number one Carmel travels to sixth-ranked Merrillville and Center Grove is at number three Warren Central.
In class 4A, top-ranked Indianapolis Cathedral is on the road at number six Evansville Reitz.
Class 3A number two West Lafayette plays host to fourth-ranked Jimtown.
In class 2A, fifth-ranked Renssalaer is at Fort Wayne Luers and second-ranked Paoli takes on number three Monrovia at Plainfield high school in the lone battle of unbeatens this weekend.
The class 1A semi-states have number two Lafayette Central Catholic at number eight Southern Wells and third-ranked Fountain Central travelling to clinton Central.
The remaining two games will take place on Saturday evening.
In class 4A, seventh-ranked Lowell hosts number two Fort Wayne Dwenger.
The other Saturday game is in class 3A where top-ranked Indianapolis Chatard faces number eight Evansville Memorial at Arsenal Technical High School in Indianapolis.
This weekend's winners will play in next week's state finals at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
The class 1A and class 2A games will be played one week from today while the championship games in the other three classes will take place one week from Saturday.
