(EVANSVILLE, IN) - The Evansville Purple Aces are back in action tonight as they welcome the Eagles of Georgia Southern to Roberts Stadium.
The Aces are 4-3 and have not played since losing 63-57 at Western Kentucky on December 8th.
Evansville will be without starting guard Kavon Lacey.
Lacey underwent arthroscopic surgery to repair a meniscus tear in his knee on Tuesday. He is expected to miss approximately four weeks.
Georgia southern is 3-8 and is riding a four-game losing streak.
The Eagles are coming off a 69-58 home loss to Coastal Carolina on Tuesday.
Evansville has won their two previous meetings with Georgia Southern with both of those games also being played at Roberts Stadium.
