(SACRAMENTO, CA) - Rookie Tyreke Evans scored 26 points as the Sacramento Kings handed the Indiana Pacers another loss, a 110-105 setback at Arco Arena.

The Blue-and-Gold took a ten-point lead midway through the second quarter, but Sacramento chipped away and took a 60-57 lead at halftime.

The Kings took command at the start of the second half, opening the third quarter with a 16-7 run to take a twelve-point lead at 76-64.

The Pacers got as close as three points with 18 seconds remaining, but would get no closer.

Jason Thompson finished with 22 points and Spencer Hawes added 21 as the Kings won their fourth in a row to move over .500 at 9-8.

Indiana's Danny Granger led all scorers with 33 points and Jeff Foster tied his career high with 18 rebounds, but it was not enough to prevent the Pacers' seventh loss in their last eight games.

Dahntay Jones, who got the start in place of Brandon Rush, finished with 16 points with Earl Watson adding 15 points off the bench as Indiana falls to 6-10.

Game three of the four-game western trip takes place Friday night in Utah.
