(BOSTON, MA) - The Indiana Pacers could not hold onto a 15-point halftime lead as they fell to the Celtics 103-94 in Boston.
Ray Allen led the Celtics with 23 points with Paul Pierce finishing with 21 and Kendrick Perkins adding 19 as Boston played without all-star forward Kevin Garnett.
Indiana's Troy Murphy led all scorers with 24 points and 18 rebounds with Earl Watson adding 18 points as the Pacers have lost four in a row.
Boston improves to an Eastern Conference best 22-5 while Indiana falls to 9-18.
The Pacers are off until Saturday night when they face the Atlanta Hawks at Conseco Fieldhouse.
