(TERRE HAUTE, IN) - The Indiana State Sycamores used a 12-4 run over the final four and a half minutes to pull out a 60-54 win over Oral Roberts at the Hulman Center.
Dwayne Lathan led the Sycamores with 16 points with Harry Marshall adding 15 points and eight assists as Indiana State improves to 6-3.
Lathan keyed the Sycamore's winning run, scoring seven-straight points including the basket that gave ISU the lead for good at 53-52.
ORU's Dominique Morrison led all scorers with 17 points as the Golden Eagles had their three-game winning streak snapped and fall to 6-5.
Oral Roberts held a one-point lead at halftime thanks to going 10-for-12 from the free throw line over the first 20 minutes.
The Golden Eagles wound up hitting just 36.5 percent of their shots from the field while Indiana State shot it at a 42.1 percent clip.
ISU is off until Saturday night when they travel to Toledo to take on the Rockets.
