Boilers Use Second Half Run To Pull Away From Nittany Lions

(WEST LAFAYETTE, IN) - Robbie Hummel scored 23 points to lead twelfth-ranked Purdue to a 66-46 victory over Penn State at Mackey Arena.

JaJuan Johnson finished with 13 points and E'Twaun Moore added twelve as the Boilermakers won their fourth game in a row to improve to 18-3, 6-3 in Big Ten play.

Talor Battle scored 13 to lead the Nittany Lions with David Jackson adding eleven and Bill Edwards finishing with ten as Penn State lost its ninth-straight game to fall to 8-13, 0-9 in the conference.

The Boilers are back in action on Thursday when they travel to Bloomington to take on the Indiana Hoosiers.
