Indiana State Uses Late Run To Knock Off Evansville

(EVANSVILLE, IN) - Harry Marshall scored a game-high 21 points to lead the Indiana State Sycamores past Evansville 63-56.

Carl Richard added twelve points as the Sycamores overcame an eight-point deficit with twelve minutes remaining by holding the Purple Aces without a field goal until the final minute of the game.

Colt Ryan led Evansville with 14 points with Denver Holmes adding twelve as the Aces dropped their twelfth game in a row.

Indiana State improves to 13-9, 5-6 in the Missouri Valley heading to a Wednesday night game with Illinois State at the Hulman Center.

The Aces fall to 6-15, 0-11 in the MVC as they are on the road at Creighton on Wednesday.
